Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these policies.

Invoices

Invoicing

A personalized invoice will be issued to each client, with payment due within 24 hours of receipt.

Late Payment

Late or non-payment of the invoice may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

Final Balance

The total outstanding balance must be paid one week prior to the event date or the start of services. Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation.

Payments & Deposits

Payments

All payments will be made in full through our invoicing system, via card or other agreed-upon payment method.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Deposits paid by the client are non-refundable, as they cover time, labor, and material costs incurred.

Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice, the deposit may be applied to the new date.

Arrival & Setup

Arrival

We will arrive at the agreed-upon time for setup. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

Setup Time

Setup time may vary. It is the client's responsibility to coordinate the necessary time with the event venue.

Contact Upon Arrival

We will attempt to contact the client upon our arrival. If we are unable to reach you within a maximum of 20 minutes, we will consider the event canceled and no refund will be offered.

Collection Time

We will collect the items at the agreed-upon time.

Access

If no one is present, the client must ensure access (back door open, etc.). Failure to provide access will result in additional charges.

Collection of All Items

All rented items will be collected.

Weather Conditions

No Setup in Extreme Weather

We will not perform setups in extreme heat or storms.

Alternative Location

If the event is not rescheduled, the client must provide an alternative location.

Effect of Sun and Weather

Direct sunlight can damage balloons. For extreme weather/storms, an indoor or covered area is required.

Rescheduling

Must be requested 48 hours in advance (no exceptions).

Order Changes

Changes to colors, decoration, or accessories must be made before the deposit.

Location Change

Allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

Additional Location Change

May incur an additional cost.

Damages & Losses

Responsibility for Damages

The client is responsible for any damage to our rental items during their use.

Charges for Missing or Damaged Items

The full replacement cost will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

Card on File or Security Deposit

A card on file is required to be kept, or a security deposit must be paid.
